Scope and content

Consists of field copies of topographic maps of Bosnia and Herzegovina (scale 1:50 000), used by PHR forensic teams to determine the exact locations of grave sites. Pertinent sections of the maps were included in the final versions of the exhumation reports. The maps were prepared and published by the Defense Mapping Agency of the United States of America.

The sheets are arranged by three main geographic regions: Western, Central and Eastern, including neighboring regions in Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia. Each regional group includes a Map Sheet Finder.
