The series consists of human rights NGO and official state reports, international agreements and treaties, press clippings, conference papers, research articles, dissertations, and analyses and abstracts from different legal papers (mostly of local laws). The collected information is related to the problems of the maintenance of human rights in different regions. It focuses on citizenship, refugee protection, and national minorities’ rights in the Baltic States, Russia, the Caucasus, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Cuba, Haiti, Moldova, USA, Panama, China.
